At the beginning of 2021, we started to check the 13th edition for changes. In several batches, we updated the figures, updated the display graphics, and clarified some passages in the text. Over the summer of 2021, we finalized the layout of the 14th edition and sent the data to the printer. We will send a copy to our members in early September.
This is where the current PDF will go in.

At the end of 2019, we began planning the new brochure. The second member mailing of 2019 also brought in the large donations needed to give our project a financial foundation. The main production was then in the months after our 2020 association meeting, mainly March to May. The pandemic also had its impact: since we could not resume meetings and CannaTrade did not take place either, we used the time to once again update our legal information after 2018. We have clarified many details, added the graphics and followed the shift of the regulatory fine provisions from the NarcA to the new Regulatory Fines Act and the Regulatory Fines Ordinance.
Thus, we present all important elements of hemp on one page as compactly as possibleprosecution. This is intended to provide media professionals and those seeking advice with a quick insight into the topic. The links then lead to our pages with more detailed information. Printed out, we use this A3 overview for legal consultations.
Unfortunately, this overview is only available in German.
We have made some minor clarifications and changes in the third edition.
This is the revised, second version of our A3 overview on hemp repression. We have moved the administrative fines from the NarcA to the revised Administrative Fines Act and Ordinance and made many other small improvements.
This was the first version of our A3 overview.
Back in the fall of 2017, we had begun to make various updates to the legal information and then put it together fresh after the publication of Legalize it! No. 80 freshly compiled. In May, the data went to the printer and at the end of the month we shipped the updated and expanded 11th edition Shit happens.
Therefore we have now also published our THC&Law part in the Wiki à jour. The brochure in paper form can be ordered as before via our web form to order it.
In March 2016, we started putting all the legal information together fresh. We have them here in the Wiki and in the summer we also laid it out in brochure form as the 10th edition Shit happens and in September the brochures came from the printers.
The recent partial revision of the NarcA entered into force on 1.10.2013 (small quantity), whereby the introduction of administrative fines depends on the implementation of the individual cantons. The 9th edition provides a good overview of the different levels of (il-)legality of THC in Switzerland. To our members members one copy each - further orders are possible. orders we gladly accept further orders.
We were not able to reconstruct the data of the first two editions. However, you are welcome to look at one of the last printed copies in our office.
