The fixed penalties come

The Federal Council decided at the end of May 2013 to put the Ordnungsbussenvorlage (the details can be found under The first partial revision of the partial revision of NarcA) into force on October 1, 2013. However, the provisions will be implemented by the cantons, so we should clarify the procedures of all cantons. Perhaps they will all proceed in the same way. But experience shows that there are definitely relevant differences in the cantonal implementation of nationwide laws.
