The draft bill for a Cannabis Products Act already comprises a hefty 47 pages. Even if page 47 is empty (to relax, so to speak), it's still quite a chunk: the draft contains 92 articles, plus amendments to other laws. The explanatory report comprises 182 pages, plus a few pages of bibliography. That also takes hours!

Is it really that complicated with hemp? Not really. But the draft wants a lot of control, so it regulates the whole thing very meticulously.

Now some activists have read the texts and discussed them in advance. This Saturday, September 13, we will discuss the whole thing open-ended from 12 noon. We're looking forward to hearing what the various campaigners think!

Note: September 15 is the Knabenschiessen in Zurich, so our office will be closed for the holiday.
