Freedom with limits: consumption and preparation

Consumption is free, although the smoking bans also apply to cannabis consumption. Self-sufficiency is legal within the scope of three flowering female plants. Possession and giving as a gift are permitted. The purchase of finished cannabis products is possible in sales outlets.

Minimum target achieved

This would achieve our minimum goal: cannabis users would be allowed to legally consume, grow and possess cannabis. Of course, we would like to see ten plants rather than three and no limit on the amount of self-produced material. The limit here should be 75g THC, although this does not have to be measured, but is derived theoretically from a table:

100g weed correspond to 15g THC
100g hash equals 25g THC
100g extracts correspond to 75g THC

This means that you may possess, for example, 300g weed, 100g hash and 6g extracts from your own production at the same time. There is no restriction on the possession of purchased cannabis products.

Transportation in public

Anyone leaving their home may either carry purchased cannabis products with a THC content of 5g (this corresponds to around 25 to 50 grams of weed or hash) or 30 grams of home-grown weed or 15 grams of home-grown hash. This is one of the petty regulations that makes us wonder: who wrote this? So if you want to transport legally, you have to choose one of these three categories. Giving away allowed

Incidentally, it is also permitted to give them away to adults free of charge within the same framework. So it is finally legal to give them as gifts. This is a nice alternative to a bottle of wine for a birthday.

Subvariants

There are also minority motions that would like to increase possession from home cultivation to 120g theoretical THC or the number of plants to five.

A minority is also calling for cultivation in clubs. However, this proposal has not yet been formulated in detail and would further delay the proposed legislation. However, we find the required notification of members and the necessary license very difficult points.
