The Sotomo report "Opinion Legalization and Regulation Cannabis"

On the website of the report it states:

Sotomo conducted a representative population survey on behalf of the FOPH. The aim was to find out the attitude of the Swiss electorate at the time before the start of the pilot tests with the experimental distribution of cannabis.
