First of all, a reminder: Our annual general meeting will take place on March 20 from 7 p.m., again in our meeting room at Quellenstrasse 25 in Zurich. We will be holding a small drinks reception from 6 pm. We have printed the invitation in Legalize it 108 (winter edition). In this issue you will find our annual report and the 2025 annual accounts. You are welcome to register for our AGM.

Then to politics: at our first meeting at the beginning of February, we looked at some of the consultation responses. Many cantons want more money for their work, some parties are fundamentally opposed to this, a number of responses want minor or major changes… This is unlikely to move forward quickly. Above all, we can see that although the Cannabis Products Act (CanPG) was well thought out during its development, majority support was not the main approach. Now it remains to be seen which parts of it can find a majority in parliament.

If you want to actively help: get in touch, join our policy group, start a concrete project. Thanks to some donations, we have funds to implement new ideas and are very keen to see who wants to do what! You can read how this works in detail on page 12.
