21.09.2026 – Documents on criminal prosecution

Hemp containing 1% THC or more is still considered an illegal narcotic. Consequently, many criminal prosecutions are taking place. We have compiled an initial batch of documents related to the 2026 hemp repression: Our legal counseling service has received several cases, particularly involving THC and driving. Here, the prosecution remains unbroken (and the burden on those affected is very heavy), while prosecutions for consumption and preparatory acts in general continue to decline.

If you also have documents related to repression, we would be very interested in copies and case histories. After all, the law and regulations are one thing. The other, more decisive factor is how they are enforced by the cantonal prosecutors’ offices and police departments. This becomes clear only through such documents.
